Transformative Branding

The Ask

As interest in alternative forms of healing continues to grow, plant medicine practices have surged in popularity worldwide. Reunion sought to establish a strong brand identity that would resonate across a wide range of diverse communities, with individuals seeking transformative healing experiences and reflecting the unique cultural and geographical significance of their location.

The Solution

Hierarchy conducted extensive research and stakeholder interviews, laying the foundation for a branding process that would authentically capture the essence of the community. Key elements of the solution included:

  • Name Selection: After thorough research, we chose a name that directly connected with the transformative journey participants would embark on. The name “Reunion” reflects both the plant medicine experience and the unique location in Costa Rica’s blue zone.

  • Comprehensive Brand Development: We developed a cohesive and authentic brand identity, crafting a narrative that captures the essence of the Reunion experience. This narrative was communicated in an on-brand tone throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring consistency and authenticity.

  • Editorial and Content Strategy: We implemented a robust content strategy to maintain ongoing engagement and relevance. This included monthly inbound marketing that resonated with industry trends, incentives, and educational content to keep the community engaged.

  • Gift Card Program: A gift card program was introduced, providing a valuable tool to support business growth and deliver directly to customers’ inboxes. This program incentivized participation and offered a convenient way for customers to share the transformative experience with others.
