Ahora que m\u00e1s de 70% de profesionales del marketing priorizan el marketing de rendimiento por sobre la construcci\u00f3n de marca, el &quot;centro creativo&quot; de las m\u00e9tricas y las tasas de conversi\u00f3n sigue en marcha. La creatividad se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en un producto b\u00e1sico y, en cierto modo, lo permitimos.<\/p>\n<p>Seamos honestos. En nuestra prisa por mantenernos relevantes, nos hemos desvalorizado un poco. La creatividad pas\u00f3 a valorarse \u00fanicamente por su resultado, no por el proceso ni por las personas que est\u00e1n detr\u00e1s de ella. En alg\u00fan momento del camino, perdimos ese sentido de comunidad y prop\u00f3sito que nos trajo hasta aqu\u00ed en primer lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Pero he aqu\u00ed la paradoja: a medida que la IA avanza para optimizar cada parte del proceso, tambi\u00e9n nos est\u00e1 dando una nueva oportunidad. Y, como la industria se ha vuelto m\u00e1s exclusiva, vale la pena preguntarse: \u00bfA qui\u00e9nes seguimos dejando afuera y por qu\u00e9? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos crear espacios que den la bienvenida a voces y perspectivas diversas?<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la invitaci\u00f3n: volvamos a nuestras ra\u00edces. No para volver a los \u201cbuenos viejos tiempos\u201d, sino para reimaginar hacia d\u00f3nde nos dirigimos a continuaci\u00f3n. La era dorada de la creatividad no ha quedado atr\u00e1s; est\u00e1 justo frente a nosotros si estamos listos para construir algo genuinamente nuevo.
